Local Language for Bank Exams

Asked by Nancy | Filed under Banking Jobs, Miscellaneous

I want to apply for Bank Recruitment Exams.

Is it necessary to know the local language of the state for which we are applying in banks?

    It is not always required.

Most of the Large banks recruiting at national level do not ask for knowledge of local language.

However some bank, especially Grameen Banks require you to know the local language of the state where you want to apply.
