Admission Criterion for PG Law Degree
Though I'm currently pursuing a B.Tech; I believe that Law would be an avenue more suited to be skill set. Is it possible for me to pursue an LLM degree in India or do I have to start from an LLB instead?

I am afraid that you will have to start afresh. LLB is must for LLM. All universities will require you to complete 3 year LLB or 5 year integrated LLB for admission into LLM.
